Business Start-Ups Canada or USA?

Every research project requires "producing valid and reliable knowledge in an ethical manner" (Merriam and Tisdell, 2016, p.237). Collecting and analysing data requires interaction with organizations and individuals (Saunders et al., 2019), and the findings must be reliable because researchers intervene in people's lives (Merriam and Tisdell, 2016). Being ethical in research refers to the standards of behaviour that influence the researchers' conduct toward the individuals involved or affected by the study. Ethical quandaries can arise during research, particularly when collecting data and disseminating the results (Merriam and Tisdell, 2016).

Given the current global circumstances, the authors were unable to meet and collaborate on a regular basis; however, constant communication was maintained throughout the completion of this work.

The researchers believe that the code of ethics has been followed, and by following the ethical principles outlined in Saunders et al., (2019), the authors can assert that no one involved in the study has been harmed or harassed. Furthermore, the participants were informed about the nature, scope, and implications of the study, and their consent to record, quote, and disclose their identities was obtained.
Two students conducted research and contributed to the writing of this study. This mutual joint collaboration has been motivated by a strong trust and respect for each other's respective work. This prevalent trustworthiness has provided flexibility and freedom in writing the chapters at their own pace and syntax. Each author made an equal contribution to Every chapter and section that makes up this thesis. The task selection and distribution were done in a spontaneous and enthusiastic manner. Every chapter of this study includes the thoughts of both authors, and the researchers have reviewed and discussed each other's contributions to ensure consistency and linearity between sections.  The company gotta put in some serious effort to create a dope profile and a sick company culture that gets people hyped about pursuing a career in IT. Nordomatic has a legit long history of over a decade with all of the major property owners in Scan. They are constantly flexing and upgrading their lit innovating settings, making their buildings even smarter, ya know? Selling the offer as SaaS software is like, totally lit rn. All companies in the industry are lowkey trying to find the key figure to charge for this kind of service, you know? The customers are like totally involved in developing new functionalities, ya know?

Empirical findings.

The following section will present the company cases chosen for the study. All of the companies interviewed operate in the B2B market and provide digital solutions aimed at addressing sustainability issues through various focuses. The empirical results include six company cases: Measure and Change, TrusTrace, Nordomatic, Mestro, Position Green, and Matter. Sarah Nilsson, from Växjö, Sweden, founded Measure and Change in 2018. She previously worked for Växjö municipality and as a development manager for an energy company. Sarah Nilsson was in charge of pioneering work on green gas emissions in the 1990s, when she realized that emissions could be assessed and reduced digitally using cloud-based business systems and e-invoices. As a result, she began developing a SaaS solution for inventorial greenhouse gases, which led to the creation of Measure and Change. The goal is to reduce gas emissions, and doing so requires understanding what causes them and where they come from. The offer has already been customized, but Nordomatic is aiming to develop standardized installations, even though adaptations are sometimes necessary, ya know? Nordomatic doesn't have a big R&D squad, but they make sure to be clued up on the core biz of app development. Automation is totally used by the firms, but Nordomatic is, like, more of an innovating company than a research company, so they use the major global standards for the platforms, like HMTLS."

Nordomatic be flexin' that open innovation to peep what other companies in the same game be cookin' up.

To like, engage and have, like, frequent convo with the society, like, universities, is, like, a way to stay woke about new trends. The firm also be vibin' in different innovation programs and be collabin' with organizations like RISE. The flex of open innovation for Nordomatic is to gain mad knowledge in Nordomatic has made a concerted effort to avoid relying on any partners for its products and processes, as it is critical for the company to be extremely fast at digging. This also allows them to flex on haters and gather mad inputs from the start to test out the lit innovations. As a result, the innovation will be hella solid and time efficient, because a squad won't waste time trying to figure out what might work on its own if it can get support from outside the firm. Core resources and capabilities are like, all about that IT tech and security vibes, ya know? The firm is all about digitalizing buildings and being a total reliable partner for its customers, fam. Moreover, Nordomatic is all about control systems so you gotta have mad knowledge on how to engineer a sick cooling/heating/ventilation system in a building, ya feel? Thus, it's like a total vibe of programming, IT security, and accessibility to flex on exchanging the data within the buildings. One of Nordomatic's major flex factors is its workforce knowledge cuz the firm be straight up relying 100% on its engineers, fam. So, like, it's super important for the firm to, like, find and keep knowledge since it doesn't have a hardware factory, ya know? The struggle is real in trying to catch the attention of the young peeps because this branch ain't exactly the coolest.
